Evermore is a family-owned property development, investment, and finance firm with over thirty years of market heritage. What began as a focused UK enterprise has organically evolved into a diversified global portfolio spanning the residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Our story

A legacy of agility and transformation.

Evermore wasn't built on rigid fund timelines or outside institutional pressure. Over more than three decades, our family has successfully navigated changing macro landscapes by remaining highly entrepreneurial, organically transitioning from early roots in media manufacturing and commercial recycling, into large-scale logistics networks across the UK and Europe.

Our real estate platform grew naturally from this heavy industrial backbone. What began as a requirement to acquire and scale our own commercial warehousing footprint soon evolved into a global principal property development and investment business. This history of hands-on industrial evolution gives us a deep, practical understanding of real estate fundamentals. We do not just invest in space; we understand how businesses operate within it.

  1. 1995

    Foundation & Media Operations

    The family establishes its roots in media manufacturing, pioneering specialised video and DVD packaging and production services.

  2. Early 2000s

    Industrial Recycling & European Expansion

    Pivoting with market demands, the firm scales into commercial recycling for large multinational corporations, establishing a strategic operational footprint in Poland.

  3. Late 2000s

    Logistics & Asset Acquisition

    The family steps into long-term commercial property ownership, acquiring and managing a network of UK warehouses to anchor our evolving logistics capabilities.

  4. Early 2010s

    Fleet Scaling & Key Partnerships

    The transport division experiences rapid growth, expanding from a handful of vehicles to a premier fleet of over 400 trucks serving global partners like Amazon, DHL, and DPD.

  5. Late 2010s

    Real Estate Expansion

    The real estate arm expands significantly, delivering ground-up residential developments and investing in value-add hospitality assets.

  6. Early 2020s

    Pandemic Boom & Financial Launch

    Capitalising on the e-commerce surge during the pandemic, the logistics business scales sharply. Concurrently, Evermore launches its dedicated balance-sheet bridge lending platform for UK developers.

    Integrated Global Portfolio

    With over 450,000 sq ft currently under construction, our focus is on active developments across the UK and Poland — including prime Central London offices and Golden Triangle logistics hubs.
