Acting as Equity Investor and Developer, we secured planning for the demolition of existing buildings to make way for two new-build blocks (8-storey and 5-storey).

The project will deliver 47 contemporary and highly energy efficient flats across 43,000 sq ft with over 50 parking spaces and landscaped communal gardens.
