A major site in the UK's Golden Logistics Triangle, we are leading the comprehensive refurbishment of this 154,391 sq ft warehouse, which features a 9m working height and 2-storey office accommodation.

Our works include the strategic development of 5 acres of hard standing to provide over 175 HGV parking spaces, utilizing the site's expansion land. The site has been pre-let to one of the UK's largest transportation and logistics operators.
