About the project
Consent was secured for 120 new homes, one of the largest new consents in Wroclaw. Detailed design is underway with groundworks expected to commence later this year.
The scheme will deliver much needed homes to Poland's largest growing city, aiming to capture the overwhelming demand for high-quality single-family homes in this area.
